It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Cowan (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on February 21, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Cowan and Amelia Cowan; his brother Canon Kenneth; his sister-in-law Dorothy; his sisters, Verla, Dorothy and Greta; his brother-in-law Dick Stollery; and his nephew Kenneth Stollery.

He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Terry, Peter, Philip, Keith, Colleen Rollwagen and Mary Joan Stollery; and his significant other Muriel Tubman.

As an expression of sympathy donations to Fourth Avenue Baptist Church would be appreciated.
