We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2024, Rosemary Margaret (Soutter) Wernham of Ottawa, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brothers, John, David, Dennis, William and Joseph Soutter; and her parents, William Soutter and Evelyn Soutter.

She is survived by: her husband Jim; her sons, Christopher and Richard; her daughters-in-law, Monique and Julia; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Emma, Simon, Rosemary and Jim; and her caregivers, Kimeya Tusho (Kim), Rosemary Barbosa (Rose), Terdoo Nyiekaa, Virginie Eyale and Dr. Eugenie Phan.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice in her memory.
