It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose-Marie Agnes Roumer Felix of Ottawa, Ontario, who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Wilky; and her children, Gaëlle (Doug) and Jean-Marc.
