It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosalia Princiotta (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on February 20, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rosalia Princiotta to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her stepbrother Salvatore Liuzzo Jr.; her parents, Benedetta Liuzzo and Salvatore Liuzzo; and her significant other Antonio Princiotta (Tony). She is survived by: her son Joe; her daughter-in-law Dana; her grandchildren, Tony, Kara and Paris; her sister Maria Teresa Longo (late Angelo); and her brother-in-law Salvatore Olimpo (late Teresa). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Capital Funeral Home & Cemetery (3700 Prince of Wales Dr, Ottawa, ON K2C3H1). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Church (427 Booth St, Ottawa, ON K1R7K8). An entombment will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the Capital Funeral Home & Cemetery (3700 Prince of Wales Dr, Ottawa, ON K2C3H1).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Rosalia's honour to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
