With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Merry in Ottawa, Ontario, who passed away on January 18, 2024 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ronald Merry to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Margaret; his siblings, Tommy, Jim and Maureen O'Hara; and his son-in-law Neil Pritchard.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patsy" Merry; his children, Lynn and Ron "Sam" (Nicole); his grandchildren, Andrew Hurst (Kylie), Danny Hurst (Heather), Rebecca, Ashley and Kellen; and his great grandchildren, Mae, Duncan, Oliver, Vivienne and Effy Hurst.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Ruddy Shenkman Hospice would be appreciated.
