He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Olive and Peter Gordon Spratt; and his siblings, Marjorie Gallinger, Eileen Leonard and Thomas Spratt.
He is survived by: his siblings, Barry Spratt, Helen Bouvais, Frances Jones, Kathy Breton and Donna Robillard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID restrictions, a private family service and burial will be held.
