He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hiltz and Hilda Hiltz. He is survived by: his sons, Jason Hiltz-Laforge (Myra) and Philippe Hiltz-Laforge; and his granddaughters, Justine, Stella, Stéphanie, Valérie and Elsa.

The family asks that donations be made in memory of Mac to the Roger Neilson House.
