He was predeceased by: his parents, William White and Ruby White (Fitzgerald); his parents-in-law, Robert Proctor and Ruby Proctor; his brothers, Robert White and David White; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine White, Linda Thompson (Proctor), Tony Thompson and Vern Whitney.
He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Jennifer Oram (George) of Saint John and Brian White (Denise) of Ottawa; his grandchildren, Matthew Oram (Caila Smithers), Ryan Oram (Emerson Arnold), Abigail and Hailey White; his siblings, William White (Marion), James White (Peggy), Janice Clements (Robert) and Carol Whitney; and his sister-in-law Ruth White. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
One of Rick's last contributions to sports was when he took on the role of Tournament Director for the Canadian National Little League Tournament that was hosted by team NB out of Saint John, NB.
