Richard Plourde Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Plourde of Ottawa, Ontario, who passed away on March 24, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Marielle Provost; and his siblings, Réjeanne Mercille, Gérard Plourde, Gisèle Regimbal and Liliane Blouin.
He is survived by: his sons, Michel (Suzanne), Daniel (Joan), Gilles (Sylvie), Claude (Linda) and Yvon (Diane); his grandchildren, Matthieu, Simon, Maryse, Stéphanie, Mélanie, Caroline, Emilie, Alec and Nicolas; his brother François; his wife Lucille; and also, Anik, Josée and Christopher.
Though the family has no request for donations, we know Richard appreciated the great efforts made by the Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
