He was predeceased by: his parents, Tomasso D'Onofrio and Annantonia D'Onofrio; and his siblings, Flavia Pagliarani (Luigi), Elia Erneste (Agostino) and Cesare (Maria Pia).
He is survived by: his wife Elvira; his children, Anna Dinardo (Orlando), Tom and Carlo; his grandsons, Paul (Jess), Steven (Julissa) and Alex; and his siblings, Aurelio (Livia) and Maria D'Ortona (late Antonio). He is also survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and friends.
