She is survived by: her parents, William Robert Northridge and Hazel Lorraine Calhoun; her children, Michael (Mitsuko), Sheila (Ryszard) and Megan (Richard); her stepchild Ernest (Gail); her grandchildren, Allison Brigitte (Jeff), Emily Brigitte (Jose) and Akira Brigitte (Ariel); her stepgrandchildren, Stuart (Joanne), Duncan (Dana) and Nathan (Stephanie); and her great grandchildren, Carmen, Lucia, Elliott, Gwendolyn, Noam and Hendrix.

Donations would be appreciated to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Doctors Without Borders.
