He is survived by: his wife Daphne Mary Collishaw; his daughter Patti (Peter); his grandchildren, Zoe, Rupert (Sarah) and Amy; his nephews, Martin (Liz) and Simon; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Oliver.
