He was predeceased by: his grandson Brian; his parents, Leslie and Evelyn; and his siblings, Gerry, Charles and Helen (Stan).

He is survived by: his wife Doris; his children, Ron (Penny), Ed (Tracey) and Ann (Rick); his grandchildren, Steven, Jenna (Colin), Scott, Nicky (Kevin), Madeline (Sam) and Drew (Hazel); his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Lydia and Finley; his siblings, Merle (Yvonne), Betty (late Bob) and Don (Judy); and his sister-in-law Lorna. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
