He was predeceased by: his parents, Oral Boyd Sheldrick and Bernice Florence (Lapierre); his sisters, Diane (Wilson) and Catherine (Lapointe); his nieces and nephews, Michelle Wilson, Mallory Wilson-Roux, Julia Hiltz and Zachary Lapointe; and also Austin Lapointe.

He is survived by: his children, Melissa and Jordan Sheldrick.
