We bid farewell to Prudence Carkner (Ottawa, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 3, 2024 at the age of 75. Prudence touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Harry; her husband Brian; and her siblings, Jim (Maureen) and Cindy (Lloyd). She is survived by: her daughters, Amanda (Mark) and Jennifer (Rakhi); her grandchildren, Nolan, Emmerson and Kane; and her brothers, Dave (Heather), Rick and Chris (Kim). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Capital Funeral Home & Cemetery (3700 Prince of Wales Dr, Ottawa, ON K2C3H1). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 10th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
