She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Van Benthem; her parents, Jacobus DeKleer and Aaltje DeKleer; her son Evert (Alison); her great grandchild Clark; her siblings, Teuntje and Pieter; and her close friend Alberta Noort.
She is survived by: her children, Margaret (late Wesley Beimers), Alida (Henk Herweyer), Jim (Joan), Albert (Kathleen), Andrew (Catherine) and Chris (Melanie); her grandchildren, Amanda, Nancy, Joseph, William, Andrew, Leanne, Timothy, Jeffrey, Jennifer, Brandy, Holly, Marissa, Jeremiah, Gregory, Josina, Joshua, Daniel, Paul, Rachel, Naomi, Emma, Jonathan, Noah, Luke and Laura; and her siblings, Mary, Eric, Griet and Aaltje. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren, and her good friend.
