He is survived by: his siblings, Ann Marie (Seamus Hanley), Louis, Craig (Cynthia Carr) and Margo (Mike Charchuk); his nieces and nephews, Brian (Julie), Stephen (Deborah), Colin (Louise), Ronan (Abby), Daniel (Diana), Rhianna (Matthew), Connor (Alexandra), Joseph (Susannah) and Lilian (Jay); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aidan, Elliot, Ryan, Abby, Finn, Evan, Owen, Lea, Kieran and Judah.

In lieu of flowers, consider a donation to Plan International Canada; Pierre had regularly sponsored children overseas through this organization.
