He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Laurette (Legault); his daughter Adrienne Morin (John); his siblings, Dianne, Mike and Suzanne; his nephew Matthew; his niece Laura; his grandson Wilfred; and his parents, Robert LaChapelle Jr. and Alma Dulac.

A celebration of life will be held for Pierre when the Covid-19 restrictions are lifted to allow a large gathering.

Donations to the Shepherds of Good Hope in Ottawa and the Lanark County Interval House and Community Support are gratefully accepted.
