It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Joyce (Sternberg) Perrakis (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on March 10, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Stelios; her sons, Evan and Daniel (Laura Mercer); her grandchildren, Sophia, Zoe, Leonidas, Eleanor and Madeleine; and her brother Marshall. She is also survived by many friends from the Old Ottawa South neighbourhood, former students and teaching colleagues and the Greek and Baha'i communities of Ottawa, as well as dear friends.
