It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Perry (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on May 14, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon; her parents, Jennie White and Earl White; her brother John White; and her sibling-in-law Lyn Merkley (late John).

She is survived by: her children, Gord Jr. (Christine) and Mike (Karissa); her granddaughter Rebecca; her sister Karen McFetridge (late Ellis); and her sister-in-law Patricia Murray (late David). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
