He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Barclay and Michael Muldoon. He is survived by: his children, Michael Liam (Taylor) and Colin Geoffrey (Jolyane); and his siblings, Glen (Carla), Peggy (John) and Richard.

Friends and family are invited to a Memorial Service at St. Ignatius Martyr Church, 518 Donald Street, Ottawa, on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 10 a.m., followed by a reception.Special thanks to the staff and doctors from Elizabeth Bruyere, Bayshore Home Health, and Central Palliative Care Group.As an expression of sympathy, a donation may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
