He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lucille Lawless and Joseph Lawless; his wife Patricia Lawless; his sons, Brian, Ben (Lisa) and Danny; his grandchildren, Brody and Keira; and his brothers, Arthur, Timothy and Joseph.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated by the family.
