He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Dawson and Fern Dawson; and his mother-in-law Irma Morin. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Jennifer Dawson, David Dawson and Julia McDougall; his granddaughters, Audree and Evelyn; and his sisters, Judy Reiter and Ann Swanwick. He is also survived by his extended family and his many friends.
