Penelope (Penny) Jeanne Bailey Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Penelope (Penny) Jeanne Bailey (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on July 16, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip and Jeanne. She is survived by: her husband Thomas (Tom); her sons, Matthew (Anne) and Anthony (Melissa); her grandson Brayden; and her siblings, Philippa Allen-Simpson (Ralph) and Gordon Jinks (Carol). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

All pandemic protocols are being followed and observed.
