It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pearl Burack (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on February 9, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Pearl may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Zelikovitz and Sara Zelikovitz; her sister Judith Schneiderman; and her niece Michele Schneiderman. She is survived by: her sons, Howard (Sandy Sternthal) and Neil; her niece Jill Schneiderman; and her friend Polann Dubrow.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jewish Memorial Gardens (2692 Bank St, Gloucester, ON K1T1M9).
