With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick David Wallace (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on October 28, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Wallace and Isobel Wallace. He is survived by: his children, Valerie Wallace (Janice), Jennifer Eastwood (James) and Christopher Wallace (Tanya); his grandchildren, Graeme Eastwood, Evan Eastwood, Oliver Brown, Claire Eastwood, Callum Brown and Norah Wallace; and his son-in-law David Brown.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Pat's memory to the Day Program at Ottawa West Community Support and Abbotsford House.
