Patricia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Theresa Spencer (Christian) and Charles Spencer; her brother Terry (Donna Spencer Bertrand); and the father of her children Gilbert LaHaise. She is survived by: her children, Dan (Pam Bryan), Donna (Bob McDougall), Colleen (Glen MacDonald), Maureen (Mark Ballerscheff) and Paul (Catharine Moore); her brother Dan Spencer (Bev); and her grandchildren, Katie (Tais McNeill), Michael, Julie, Myles (Jenny Parsons), Melissa, Emily McNeill and Myla Ballerscheff. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and in-laws.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Society (https://alzheimer.ca) and Ottawa Heart Institute are appreciated.
