It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Helen Stephens (Ottawa, Ontario), born in Truro, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 4, 2018, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Phillips and Helen Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Don; her sons, Bryan, Ross and Scott (Kath); and her siblings, Pam Sanford (Bill), Craig (Jo) and David (Ryan).
