It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Gilson (Ottawa, Ontario), born in Collingwood, Ontario, who passed away on March 19, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Garfield Steer and Laura Steer; her children, Eric (Jennifer) of Sturgeon County, AB and Rylee (Dan) of Ottawa, ON; her cousin Sharon (Patti); her grandchildren, Andrew, Melissa, Iain, Mackenzie, Kaelan and Ben; her stepgrandchildren, Charlotte, Simon and Pat; her mother-in-law Jane (Halifax); and her husband Struchan. She was also cherished by three children, many of her children's friends loved her as a 'second' mother.
