With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pat Clementine Hammer (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on May 18, 2023 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Albert; and her siblings, Cleora, Clifton, Kermit and Sye.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Ingraham (Gary) and John (Louise); and her grandchildren, Sarin, Rebekah, Amber, Sam, Laura and Melissa. She is also survived by her 10 great-grandchildren.
