It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Noreen Loper (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on October 26, 2024, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Noreen Loper to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Killoran and Etta MacDonald (Thomas Loper); her son William (Billy); and her siblings, Kathleen, Ruth, Anne, Grace, Eva, Joan, Mary, Pat, John, Larry and Mark.
She is survived by: her children, Larry, Robert (Bob), Joanne, Wendy and Natalie. She is also survived by her grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home and Chapel (1411 Hunt Club Rd, Ottawa, ON K1V1A6). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Humane Society.
