With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Noellie (Larose) D'Arcy in Ottawa, Ontario, born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on August 26, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Dominic D'Arcy; and her brother Nelson (Denise). She is survived by: her sons, Darren of Vancouver and Antonio (Christine) of Ottawa; her grandchildren, Noëlie of Vancouver and Gabriel of Gatineau; her sisters, Micheline (Gerald) and Marie-Paule (Robert); and her daughters-in-law, Alisa and Christine.
