As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Nancy Ellen may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parent Lt. Gen. She is survived by: her husband David Mozer; her children, Matthew and Amy (Scott Thomas); her grandson Braden; her sisters, Ruth (Schuyler Webster) and Kathleen (David Louden); her nieces, Julia, Melanie Lowe and Cynthia Louden; and her nephew Sam.
A donation to the Ottawa Humane Society in her name, or, for those who knew Nancy and her love of flowers, tributes may be sent to the family home and either will be greatly appreciated.
