She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyril Diakow and Anastasia Diakow; her brother Walter; and her husband Raymond Mayer. She is survived by: her nephews, Timothy Deakon (Nancy) and Anthony Deakon (Irene); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Alex, Katherine, Adam and Justine.
