He was predeceased by: his mother Ann. He is survived by: his spouse Shelly; his daughters, Haley and Chelsea; his father Desmond; and his siblings, Christine Gauthier (John), Christopher, Desmond (Heather) and Kevin.

We are very grateful for the support provided by the ALS Society of Canada and encourage donations to them in Mike's honour in lieu of flowers.
