We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2021, at the age of 82, Mervin Lloyd Witter (Ottawa, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Witter and Clarissa Witter; and his siblings, John, Winston, Kay, Pearl and Monica.

He is survived by: his wife Elene Witter; his children, George, Kirk and Erica (Patrick); his siblings, Windsor, Huldah, Portia, Joan and Winnie; and his grandchildren, Isaiah, Joshua, Chloe and Cameron.
