She was predeceased by: her uncle Randy Moore (Cyndie Summers). She is survived by: her parents, Patrick Moore and Patricia Moore; her daughters, Hailey, Kyla and Courtney Ferguson; her brother Jason Moore; her sister-in-law Kim; her nephew PJ; her aunts and uncles, Linda Lines, Bill (Susan Moore), Katie Christie (late Jim) and Michael (Cathy Moore); and the father of her children Danny Ferguson. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
