It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maurice Richard Leblanc (Ottawa, Ontario), born in Montréal, Québec, who passed away on October 9, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilles and Dorothy. He is survived by: his husband Ted Ledingham; his brother Paul (Monique Prescott); his sister-in-law Anstice Blom; and his nieces-in-law, Mary An Blom and Dianne Schmidt (Gary).
