It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maureen Mary Philippe (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on March 2, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellwood "Mickey" and Norma; her brothers, Gordon and Bruce; her parents-in-law, Robert and Rose; and her brother-in-law Guy (Maggie).

She is survived by: her husband Denis; her daughters, Lisa (Ian) and Julie (Jason); her grandchildren, Ethan and Shyanne; her siblings, Patsy (Peter), Judy (late Chuck), Michael (Linda) and Ken (Peggy); and her siblings-in-law, Gilbert (Barbara), Andre (Carla) and Joanne (Ernie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and a large circle of close friends.

A celebration of life will take place once, in the words of Maureen, "the Covy pandemic" has buggered off.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Maureen's memory may be made to the Palliative Care Unit at the Élisabeth Bruyère Hospital.
