“Maureen was a member of Your British Village for many years - a website for British expats. That is where we'd all meet in the online chatroom almost every day. Her keen wit always made it great entertainment. We eventually had the pleasure of meeting in person at our annual get-togethers in Merrickville. Our numbers have sadly dwindled to very few over the years and Maureen will be greatly missed by those of us who are left.”
