Maude Cecilia Ashley Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2025, at the age of 102, Maude Cecilia Ashley (Ottawa, Ontario), born in Halifax, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Clinton Frederick Ashley. She is survived by: her children, Catherine, Michael, Peter and Jane; her children-in-law, Gilles, Julie, Anne and David; and her grandson Alec.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & Mc (1200 Ogilvie Rd, Ottawa, ON K1J8V1). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church (400 St. Laurent Blvd, Ottawa, ON K1K2Z6).

In lieu of flowers, if desired, memorial donations may be made to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish.
