He was predeceased by: his grandmother Sylvia Vandine. He is survived by: his children, Kaitlynn, Kristianne, Aleiah, Liam and Dylan (Cherie-Ann); his parents, Debbie Vandine and David Vandine; his siblings, Tanya Burnside (Brent) and Michael (Sara); his grandparents, Mary, Joseph Moulton, Marie and Larry Ford; and his nieces and nephews, Devin, Zachary, Olivia, Brianna, Makayla, Myra, Savannah and Sierra.

A visitation will be held at Capital Funeral Home and Cemetery, 3700 Prince of Wales Dr., Nepean on Wednesday, January 13th. * Due to COVID19 restrictions and guidelines visitation will be limited to registered guests only, face masks must be worn, social distancing must be practiced and respected as well as refraining from any traditional physical gestures of sympathy. *.
