She was predeceased by: her husband Ervyn Monette; her parents, Arthur Murtagh and Elsie Rusenstrom; and her siblings, Norman, Arthur, Lois Steen (late Wilf), Shirley Ranger (late Bernie) and Mae Gardner (late Leo).

She is survived by: her brother Bryan (Wendy McGlashan). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
