With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Louise Hamilton (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on December 8, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her significant other Ken; her sons, Jeff (Leslie) and Ian (Stacey); and her grandchildren, Brooke and Connor.

“Mary, will be greatly missed. In the years that we have been on Mahogany Harbour Lane, Mary was a wonderful neighbor as well as the neighborhood historian. I enjoyed sitting on her front porch and conversing with her. Her passing took Retah and I by surprise, even though we knew she was struggling with her health. I first met Mary many years ago when my parents were her neighbours and then continued my friendship with her after they moved out. She always had a smile and a wave for Denis and I and gave wonderful hugs when needed. We will miss her dearly.”
