She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Emily Welch and Jack Welch; her spouse William "Bud" Mackey; and her children, Ruthmary Harris Ottawa (late Michael), Virginia Hamer Deanlea Beach (Doug), Dixie Staples Nepean (Len), John Brockville (Susan) and Tom Perth (Denise). She was also cherished by 19 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 4 great, great grandchildren.
