We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2020, at the age of 76, Martinus Bakker (Ottawa, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his spouse Francina "Fran" Bakker (Van Kooten); his sibling Jelje Kop Jansen (Han); and his parents, Thomas Bakker and Wietske Bakker (Moerman). He is survived by: his children, Sandra Bakker (Peter) of Guelph, Tammy Bakker of Ottawa and Mark Bakker (Grace) of LaSalle; his grandchildren, Marty Bakker, Jake Bakker and Ellie Sleep; and his sibling Ria VandenHoek Bakker. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
