He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Hughes and Phyllis "Jill" Hughes. He is survived by: his son Matthew; his siblings, Grahame Hughes (Kelly), Debbie Altmann-Hughes (Jens) and Bill Hughes (Sue); and his nieces and nephews, Kirstie, Alyssa, Cameron and Gregory.
