Stefan Klietsch wrote a sympathy message

“Hello, I am truly sorry for your loss, and I am also sorry that I was not able to make it to the funeral. I was a co-worker alongside Mark at Iron Horse Security and I knew him for a couple of years. He was good to me, he drove me home from work many times including just a few days before his passing. He took a genuine interest in the professional workings of the company and set a positive example accordingly. We often discussed the shortcomings of management decisions and policy. I felt that I owed him favours and I wish in hindsight that I had done him more scheduling favours. We rarely ever discussed our personal lives, but he did tell me that he had a new grandchild when we last spoke. I am sorry for what his grandchildren will be missing.
