It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Allen Zamorski M. D. Msm (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on August 17, 2018, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his significant other Gary Rendel of Ann Arbor. He is survived by: his significant other Major Phillip Edwards (Retired); and his brother Glenn Zamorski.
