She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, James (Susan Gentleman), Joan (David Charles), Donald (Marusia Kobrynsky) and Mary MacKinnon; her grandchildren, Andrew MacKinnon, Ross Charles (Lupita), Christy Legouffe (Tyler), Keith of Vancouver, B. C., Katrina and Khrystia MacKinnon; her parents, W. Gordon Smith and Lily Smith (McGiffin); and her husband James William MacKinnon (Bill).
